SST Conveyor Components, Inc.’s Poly-V ABEC-1 bearings are a great alternative for grooved rollers. These 6002 2Z bearings have a two standard O-ring .1875″ slots on the drive head. They are manufactured from high-strength material and can be pressed or swedged into 16 G 1.9″ tubing. They can be metal-sealed or rubber-sealed.
